The first dental visit is the starting point for determining any dental treatment. Without an examination, dental X-rays and CT scans, it’s not possible to determine the correct diagnosis.
What does a dental examination entail?
The examination and treatment plan are divided into 2 visits (or one for patients coming from abroad):
First visit

Digital Diagnostics
- 2D orthopantomogram – general digital teeth image of the upper and lower jaw
- 3D CBCT – complete and precise imaging with all necessary details, always performed for the All on 4 concept and DSD
Photo Documentation
- photographing of relaxed face, smile, profile, and details of aesthetic zone
Clinical Examination
- detailed examination of oral cavity and teeth
- description of current condition
Digital Impression – 3D SCAN
- Detailed and precise impression of upper and lower teeth and bite to make a PROTOTYPE of a new smile for the second visit
Additional Tests (if needed)
- PT, INR – for patients on anticoagulant therapy
- vitamin D levels
- blood sugar values
2nd visit
consultation with the surgical specialist
All-on-4/DSD/minor procedures
- Presentation of the PROTOTYPE of the new smile (digital and/or analogue)
Analysis of the Current Condition
- Detailed explanation and demonstration of the current condition
Treatment Plan – Presentation of the Best Personal Plan for the Patient
- coDiagnostiX software for surgery and implants – bone volume and quality, length and width of implants
- exocad software for prosthetics – shape and size of teeth
- Clear Correct software for clear aligners – digital plan for tooth movement
Timeline of the Treatment
- Providing the patient with information about the procedures and the duration of each intervention during the treatment
Payment Methods
We offer all types of payment:

Vouchers
Everything that is free in the end is not really free because everything has its price: panoramic X-ray, CT scan, the expertise of the doctor and technician, and the time spent.
1. A VOUCHER worth €50 includes:
panoramic X-ray, examination, consultation, and a quote.
2. A VOUCHER worth €100 includes:
services from VOUCHER 1 + additional diagnostics (CT), photo documentation, digital scan, mockup prototype, planning using digital software (coDiagnostiX, exocad, Clear Correct).
3. A VOUCHER worth 400 € includes:
1. visit includes the following: a detailed consultation, and clinical and periodontal examination, we take a digital impression with the 3Shape scanner, and do photo and video documentation, at the clinic, we take orthopantomogram 2D, and CBCT 3D, Modjaw 4D digital technology
2. visit includes presentation of an interdisciplinary DSD therapy plan, photo and video simulation of the future smile “using mock-ups and smile drives” and consultations with Dr. Matija.
The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total treatment cost when the patient begins the treatment.
In case the patient cannot come twice, we will perform everything in one visit. The patient pre-pays for a detailed specialist examination as a guarantee that they will indeed come to the scheduled appointment.
